katrina stuff

well we made it through the storm.  only problems we had was a yard full of limbs and no power.  we did yard work and slept in teh heat for 2 days and decided that it sucked so we made the trip to west monroe to a friends house where a few other friends already were.  we left with 3/4 tank of gas and tried to get gas like 3-4 times along the way with no luck.  we got to monroe on fumes and luckily found some gas at that time.  so we've been camped out here since wednesday night.  we are very lucky to have a place to go with all the comforts of home.  i heard that we are starting to get power around ponchatoula, but not at our place yet.  when things get back to normal i'll put some pics i took on my gallery.  thats about all i have to say about that... :)
